  • Prepreparation

    Cook 3 tbsp basmati rice

  • Preparation

    In a kadai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp peas, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, mix it.

  • Add cooked rice and stir it well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp grated coconut.

  • Serve it hot.
