- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 of an egg,1 tbsp mayonnaise,1/2 tsp chopped parsley,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp lemon juice, 2 crushed digestive biscuits, 35g crab meat and combine all together.
- Step 2 Give a nestle twist by adding sweet potato.
- Step 3 Make a crabcake like a patty shape. Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan and shallow fry crabcake from both sides till golden in color.
- Step 4 Serve.
