  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, an egg yolk, sieve in 1/2 cup maida and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add 15 ml water and whisk well.

  • Add whipped egg white to the mix.

  • Make paste of cocoa powder with water and keep aside.

  • Coat the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp maida, pour the batter in the cake tin.

  • Now add the cocoa paste in the tin.

  • Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins and once done insert a toothpick and check.

  • Serve a fresh baked chocolatey cake for supper.
