In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup sugar powder, and egg yolk and whisk well.

Sieve in 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a little water to adjust the consistency and whisk well.
- Step 3
Add the whipped egg white to the batter and mix well.
- Step 4
Coat the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and dust with 1/2 tsp maida.
- Step 5
Make a paste of 2 tsp cocoa powder with water, add it to the batter, and swirl it with a toothpick.
- Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 mins, and to check the doneness, insert a toothpick and check.
