In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, an egg yolk, sieve in 1/2 cup maida and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add 15 ml water and whisk well.
Add whipped egg white to the mix.
Make paste of cocoa powder with water and keep aside.
Coat the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp maida, pour the batter in the cake tin.
Now add the cocoa paste in the tin.
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins and once done insert a toothpick and check.
Serve a fresh baked chocolatey cake for supper.
