1/4 Cube Cup(43.0 gm) Paneer
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1 Minced Tbsp(19.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Corn Flour
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(3.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/8 Tsp(0.53 gm) Sugar
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 2 no.black peppercorns,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
Add into the 1 tbsp minced chicken,1/4th tsp red chilly flakes,1/2 tsp red chili sauce, boiled paneer, and saute it nicely.
Add into the water as required,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp sugar,1/8th tsp salt, corn flour slurry, mix and cook it till it becomes thicker inconsistency.
Serve hot.
