Mangoras Recipe

Aamras is one of the most famous traditional recipe of Gujrat and Maharastra that mostly prepared in summer.This delightful combination is nourished with potassium, manganese, and can be relished either.

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk

3 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar(Powder)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Cream
ingredients
1 Tsp(0.68 gm) Kesar(Strand)
  • In a blender, add 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp chopped mango, 1 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1/2 tsp kesar strands.

  • Blend to smooth consistency.

  • Garnish with kesar strand and serve.
