Add 30 gm Moong Dal Paste
Add 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger
Add 1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Add 1 small Grated Potato
Add 1/8 tsp Ajwain
Add 1/8 tsp Hing
Add 1/4 tsp Haldi
Add 1/4 tsp Crush Dhania Seed
Add 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
Add 1/8 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1/4 tsp Salt
Add 1/2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Deep Fry in a Heated Oil
For Mangode Curry=
Heat 1 tbsp Oil
Add 1/4 tsp Jeera
(N/T)
Add 2 tbsp Oinon Puree
Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Saute Well
Add 1/2 tsp Haldi
Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1 tsp Dhania Powder
Add 1/4 tsp Salt
MIx Well
Add Water as Required
Boil them
Add Mangode
Add 1/2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Put a Lid & Cook
Serve Hot with Rice
