For Mangodi
- Step 1 In a bowl, add moong dal paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 small grated potato, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, crushed dhania seed, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Deep fry in a heated oil

For Curry
- Step 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp oinon puree, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste. 2 tbsp tomato puree, and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Add water as required and bring it to a boil.
- Step 4 Add mangodi, cover the pan and cook until soft
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and drizzle 1/4 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 6 Serve hot with rice
