2 Puree Tbsp(37.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
0.5 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
2 Tbsp(28.0 ml) Tomato Puree
0.12 Tsp(0.28 gm) Jeera
0.5 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi
0.5 Tsp(0.74 gm) Garam Masala
0.5 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Powder
0.25 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
0.5 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
30 Gm(30.0 gm) Moong Dal
  • For Mangode=

  • Add 30 gm Moong Dal Paste

  • Add 1 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger

  • Add 1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste

  • Add 1 small Grated Potato

  • Add 1/8 tsp Ajwain

  • Add 1/8 tsp Hing

  • Add 1/4 tsp Haldi

  • Add 1/4 tsp Crush Dhania Seed

  • Add 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Flakes

  • Add 1/8 tsp Garam Masala

  • Add 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Add 1/2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

  • Mix Well

  • Deep Fry in a Heated Oil

  • For Mangode Curry=

  • Heat 1 tbsp Oil

  • Add 1/4 tsp Jeera

  • (N/T)

  • Add 2 tbsp Oinon Puree

  • Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • Add 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste

  • Saute Well

  • Add 1/2 tsp Haldi

  • Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder

  • Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • Add 1 tsp Dhania Powder

  • Add 1/4 tsp Salt

  • MIx Well

  • Add Water as Required

  • Boil them

  • Add Mangode

  • Add 1/2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • Put a Lid & Cook

  • Serve Hot with Rice
