This is a dessert with the combination of mango and vermicelli making it rich in calories and vitamins.
In a Kadai, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/4th cup vermicelli, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts and 2 tsp chopped pista.
Roast all ingredients well.
Now, add 1 cup milk and stir well.
Then add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/8th tsp elaichi powder and mix well.
Allow the mixture to thicken, turn off heat and allow it to cool.
Now, add prepared Mango Pulp and mix well.
Delicious Mango Vermicelli Kheer is ready to serve hot.
