Mango Smoothie (Soy Milk Based) Recipe

Mango smoothie with the combination of soy milk makes a perfect healthy dessert. Richness of mango present in smoothie gives a delicious taste as well as nutrients as it is packed with vitamins & minerals, present in the smoothie makes it heavier on the nutritive scale by adding protein and calcium to it. Nutritional info

1/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
1 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender, add 1/4th cup each of chopped mango, 2 tsp sugar and 1 cup soy milk.

  • Blend all the ingredients well until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Pour into a glass and serve.
