1/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Mango (Chopped)
1 Cup(118.0 ml) Lactose Free Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/4 cup mango, 2 tsp sugar, 1 cup lactose free milk.

  • Blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Serve Chilled
