Mango Raita Recipe

Mango raita is a low calorie, healthy and tasty salad option and can be eaten as a dessert. It is packed with carbohydrate, protein, calcium, vitamin A, magnesium and many other micro nutrients which makes it a healthy dessert option.

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd

1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina(Chopped)

3 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
  • In a bowl, add 3 tbsp of chopped mango, 1/2 a cup of curd and 1/4th tsp dry mango powder.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped mint leaves, mix well and serve.
