Mango Puree is a delightful combination of mango and milk providing protein, potassium and calcium. A go to recipe to refresh your hot summers!
In a blender, add 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp chopped mango, 1 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1/2 tsp kesar strands.
Blend to smooth consistency.
Garnish with kesar strand and serve chilled
