Mango Pudding Recipe

Mango Pudding is a simple, melt-in-your-mouth dessert made with a smooth mixture of mango pulp and gelatin to create a delectable flavour and silky texture. This sweet recipe will please both children and adults. You can also make this pudding for kitty parties and potlucks.

1.0 Chopped Cup(198.0 gm) Mango
3.0 Tbsp(33.0 gm) Cream
1.0 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Gelatin
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a Kadai, heat Mango Pulp, 1 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 2.5 tbsp Cream.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • In another pan, boil water.

  • In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Gelatin powder and water.

  • Mix it well and keep in the pan.

  • Now, transfer the gelatin mixture to Mango Pulp and mix continuously.

  • Transfer to small glass and allow to set.

  • Delicious Mango Pudding is ready to serve.
