- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup diced raw mango and season with 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp mustard oil

- Step 4 Transfer to a jar and store
- Step 5 Serve with dalrice or paratha
