1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk

2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender pour 1/2 cup milk, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup curd, 1/4 cup diced papaya, 1/4 cup diced mango.

  • Blend all the ingredients well until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
