Mango Papaya Smoothie Recipe

Mango Papaya Smoothie is an excellent healthy dessert. The richness of mango and papaya in the smoothie provides a delicious flavour as well as nutrients as it is high in vitamins and minerals. The presence of Nestlé A+ Milk and Nestlé A+ Curd in the smoothie increases its nutritive value by adding protein and calcium.

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/3 Chopped Cup(65.0 gm) Mango
1/3 Diced Cup(49.0 gm) Papaya
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/3 cup diced papaya, 1/3 cup chopped mango.

  • Blend all the ingredients well until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
