Mango Halwa Recipe

1 Cup(198.0 gm) Mango (Chopped)

2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Cashewnut (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated Kadai, add 1 tbsp Ghee, Mango Pulp and allow to boil.

  • Now, to this mixture add Corn Flour Slurry and mix continuously.

  • To this, add 2 tbsp Sugar powder, mix continuously and add Ghee at short intervals.

  • Later add 2 tsp chopped Cashewnut, 2 tsp chopped Almond and mix till mixture leaves sides of the pan.

  • Transfer to a greased tin and allow to set.

  • Cut and Serve.
