If you like to experiment with your food, then try this scrumptious Mango Halwa recipe. An interesting dessert recipe loved by people of all age groups.
In a heated Kadai, add 1 tbsp Ghee, Mango Pulp and allow to boil.
Now, to this mixture add Corn Flour Slurry and mix continuously.
To this, add 2 tbsp Sugar powder, mix continuously and add Ghee at short intervals.
Later add 2 tsp chopped Cashewnut, 2 tsp chopped Almond and mix till mixture leaves sides of the pan.
Transfer to a greased tin and allow to set.
Cut and Serve.
