Mango Falooda Recipe

Mango falooda is a tasty yet nutritious dessert packed with both macro & micro nutrients as it contains good amount of protein, calcium, magnesium, carbohydrates and healthy fats which gives enough energy .

1/4 Cup(50.0 gm) Mango(Diced)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Rice Sevai
ingredients
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Basil Seeds
ingredients
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Milk
  • Make puree from 1/4th cup diced mango and keep aside.

  • Cook 2 tbsp rice sevai. Keep aside.

  • Soak 1 tbsp basil seeds and keep aside.

  • In a glass, add layers of soaked basil seeds, 1/4th cup chopped mango, cooked sevai and mango puree.

  • Repeat the layers of soaked basil seeds, chopped mango, cooked sevai and mango puree

  • Finally add 20ml milk.

  • Serve chilled.
