In a heated Kadai, add 1/2 tsp Ghee and Mango Pulp.
Allow it to simmer.
Now, add 1/2 cup grated Fresh Coconut, 1 tbsp Sugar and allow it to dissolve.
Add 1/2 cup grated Fresh Coconut and mix till it starts holding its shape.
Transfer to a greased tray and add 2 tsp chopped Pista
Allow it to set
Cut into pieces.
Delicious Mango Coconut Barfi is ready to serve.
