- Step 1 In a heated kadai, add 1 tsp ghee and mango pulp made by blending 1/2 cup mango with 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 2 Allow it to simmer.
- Step 3 Now add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp sugar and allow it to dissolve.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds.
- Step 5 Add remaining 1/2 cup grated coconut and mix till it starts holding its shape.
- Step 6 Transfer to a greased tray and add 2 tsp chopped pista
- Step 7 Allow it to set
- Step 8 Cut into pieces.
- Step 9 Delicious Mango Coconut Barfi is ready to serve.
