Mango Coconut Barfi Recipe

The perfect tropical flavor combination that everyone will love. A simple dessert that is so fragrant and flavorful with the rich and moist textures from the coconut!

1/2 Cup(99.0 gm) Mango (Chopped )
1 Cup(82.0 gm) Fresh Coconut (Grated)
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Milk
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a heated Kadai, add 1/2 tsp Ghee and Mango Pulp.

  • Allow it to simmer.

  • Now, add 1/2 cup grated Fresh Coconut, 1 tbsp Sugar and allow it to dissolve.

  • Add 1/2 cup grated Fresh Coconut and mix till it starts holding its shape.

  • Transfer to a greased tray and add 2 tsp chopped Pista

  • Allow it to set

  • Cut into pieces.

  • Delicious Mango Coconut Barfi is ready to serve.
