1/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender, take 1/4th cup of chopped mango.

  • Add 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tsp sugar, and soaked chia seeds.

  • Blend everything into a smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
