Mango Cheesecake Recipe

Cheesecake is ancient Greek recipe loaded with cheese and cream. Mango cheesecake is a tasty yet nutritious dessert packed with both macro & micro nutrients as it contains good amount of protein, calcium, magnesium and gives enough energy.

14 No.(30.0 gm) Mango(Slices)
1/2 Cup(127.0 gm) Whipped Cream
1/2 Cup(123.0 gm) Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Sugar(Powder)
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
  • In a mixing bowl, add powdered biscuits, and melted butter and mix well.

  • Set at the base of the tin.

  • Then, add 1/2 cup cream cheese, 4 tbsp sugar powder, and mango pulp.

  • Beat together to a smooth and fluffy consistency.

  • Add the whipped cream and fold it into the mix until it blends.

  • Smoothly layer this mixture into the biscuit base in the tin.

  • Refrigerate and set for 45 hrs.

  • Garnish on top with fresh mango slices.

  • Serve the ready delicious mango cheesecake.
