Cheesecake is ancient Greek recipe loaded with cheese and cream. Mango cheesecake is a tasty yet nutritious dessert packed with both macro & micro nutrients as it contains good amount of protein, calcium, magnesium and gives enough energy.
In a mixing bowl, add powdered biscuits, and melted butter and mix well.
Set at the base of the tin.
Then, add 1/2 cup cream cheese, 4 tbsp sugar powder, and mango pulp.
Beat together to a smooth and fluffy consistency.
Add the whipped cream and fold it into the mix until it blends.
Smoothly layer this mixture into the biscuit base in the tin.
Refrigerate and set for 45 hrs.
Garnish on top with fresh mango slices.
Serve the ready delicious mango cheesecake.
