Mango Banana Smoothie With Honey Recipe

Mango and banana smoothie is a thick & creamy beverage made with mango, banana and Nestlé A+ Curd which makes a perfect healthy dessert. Richness of mango present in smoothie gives a delicious taste as well as nutrients as it is packed with vitamins & minerals, Nestlé A+ Curd present in the smoothie makes it heavier on the nutritive scale by adding protein and calcium to it.

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Banana (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
ingredients
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
ingredients
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender, add 1/4th cup each of chopped mango and banana, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and 2 tbsp honey.

  • Blend all the ingredients well until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Pour into a glass and serve.
