1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Vinegar

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

4 No.(6.0 gm) Garlic (Clove)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 4 no. garlic cloves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and add water as required.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • To this add 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and corn flour paste.

  • Again mix all ingredients well.

  • Serve hot and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of it.
