Malwani Prawn Curry Recipe

Including prawns in the diet gives many good benefits such as it has a high amount of Vitamin E which is quite beneficial for the skin as Vitamin E promotes healthy skin and gives a fresh glow and youthfulness to the skin.

1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk

1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Kokum

1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi

  • In a Kadai, Heat 1 tsp Oil, now add Prepared Paste

  • Saute the spices till the Mixture Leaves the Sides of Pan then add marinated prawns and 1 tbsp malvani masala

  • Allow the masala to cook properly. when it turns aromatic, Add Salt and Water to adjust the consistency.

  • Mix the gravy Well and allow the prawns to cook in the gravy.

  • Now to give a tangy flavor, Add soaked Kokum Petals with its water and, 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • Stir well on Low heat. Serve hot With rice.
