- Step 1 In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, then add the prepared paste.
- Step 2 Sauté the spices until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, then add the marinated prawns and 1 tbsp Malvani masala.
- Step 3 Allow the masala to cook properly; when it becomes aromatic, add salt and water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 4 Mix the gravy well and allow the prawns to cook in the gravy.
- Step 5 To give a tangy flavor, add the soaked kokum petals along with their water and 1/4 cup coconut milk.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7 Stir well on low heat. Serve hot with rice.
