Malpua With Eggs And Sugar Recipe

The most well known Indian sweet or dessert item served on almost every occasion. A batter made with a blend of eggs, mix of flours and sugar fried with perfection and served hot.

1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Milk

1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar

For Frying(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Batter

    In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th cup milk, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 beaten egg.

  • Whisk all ingredients well till smooth.

  • For Malpua

    In a heated pan, add ghee and pour the batter.

  • Deep fry it until golden in colour.

  • Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
