- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Gradually pour 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk until smooth
- Step 3 Rest the batter for 10 minutes and add little water if required to adjust the consistency
- Step 4 Heat a pan with ghee over medium heat. Pour a spoonful of batter to form a mini pancake.
- Step 5 Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6 Remove the malpua and transfer to a serving plate.
- Step 7 Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped apple and 2 tbsp chopped strawberries
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 9 Serve warm
