1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Batter

    In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk and 2 tbsp sugar.

  • Whisk all the ingredients well till smooth.

  • For Malpua

    In a heated pan, add ghee and pour the batter.

  • Deep fry it until golden colour.

  • Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
