For Batter
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk and 2 tbsp sugar.
Whisk all the ingredients well till smooth.
For Malpua
In a heated pan, add ghee and pour the batter.
Deep fry it until golden colour.
Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
