For Paratha
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp suji 1/8 tsp salt, water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Roll into a round shape and roast with 1/2 tsp ghee from both sides.
- Step 3 Cut the paratha into small pieces.

For Malida
- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, 1 black elaichi, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 1 tbsp raisins and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp sugar, paratha pieces and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 4 Serve warm
