Its a simple and delicious version of malida with tons of dry fruits.

In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp suji 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead a dough.
Roll into roti and roast with 1/2 tsp ghee from both sides.
Cut roti into pieces.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisins and saute well.
Add 3 tbsp sugar, roti pieces and mix well.
Add 1 no. black elaichi and cover and cook.
