Its a simple and delicious version of malida with tons of dry fruits.

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Black Elaichi
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1.5 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/3 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Suji
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
  • For Paratha

    In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp suji 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead a dough.

  • Roll into roti and roast with 1/2 tsp ghee from both sides.

  • Cut roti into pieces.

  • For Malida

    In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisins and saute well.

  • Add 3 tbsp sugar, roti pieces and mix well.

  • Add 1 no. black elaichi and cover and cook.
