  • In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp Oil and add 1/4th tsp Rai Allow it to crackle and then add 4 no. Kadi Patta

  • Saute well till kadi patta turns crispy.

  • Add 2 tbsp peas, 3 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp boiled potato, white til for a healthy twist.

  • Saute the vegetables well.

  • Add water to the vegetables and prepared coconut chana dal paste saute this mixture well till the coconut is nicely roasted.

  • Add 1/4th tsp Haldi and 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Allow simmering for a while and turn off the heat.

  • Serve it with rice.
