In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp Oil and add 1/4th tsp Rai Allow it to crackle and then add 4 no. Kadi Patta
Saute well till kadi patta turns crispy.
Add 2 tbsp peas, 3 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp boiled potato, white til for a healthy twist.
Saute the vegetables well.
Add water to the vegetables and prepared coconut chana dal paste saute this mixture well till the coconut is nicely roasted.
Add 1/4th tsp Haldi and 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Allow simmering for a while and turn off the heat.
Serve it with rice.
