- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil and add 1/8 tsp rai allow it to crackle and then add 4 no. kadi patta.
- Step 2
Saute well till kadi patta turns crispy.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp boiled potato, white til for a healthy twist.
- Step 4
Saute the vegetables well.
- Step 5
Add water to the vegetables and prepared coconut chana dal paste saute this mixture well till the coconut is nicely roasted.
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp Haldi and 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Allow simmering for a while and turn off the heat.
- Step 8
Serve it with rice.
