- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp rai, kadi patta and saute
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp boiled potato and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Pour in little water, add the coconut chana dal paste and mix it well
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6 Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 7 Serve it with rice.
