- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/3 cup maida, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg and mix well. Add 15 ml Nestlé A+ Milk and knead in a soft dough.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Roll a portion of the dough into a paratha.
- Step 4
Start creating pleats, stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
- Step 5
Now start rolling it into a thin circle.
- Step 6
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 2 tsp ghee on both sides until cooked completely.
- Step 7
Serve with a dry or gravy vegetable.
