Malabar egg curry, a subtly spiced sauce with coconut Nestlé A+ Milk is one of the classic recipes of Kerala dishes.
Boil 2 eggs.
Make 1/8th cup coconut milk.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies, 4 kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion and stir it.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and enough water
Add 2 boiled eggs in the gravy.
Add 1/8th cup coconut milk.
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix and cook it well.
Serve it hot.
