Malabar Egg Curry Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Boil 2 eggs.

  • Make 1/8th cup coconut milk.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies, 4 kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion and stir it.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and enough water

  • Add 2 boiled eggs in the gravy.

  • Add 1/8th cup coconut milk.

  • Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix and cook it well.

  • Serve it hot.
