- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 3/4 cup maize flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp salt and knead into a soft dough with help of water.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Now keep the dough aside for 2 min.
- Step 4 Take a rolling pin and roll out into a small roti.
- Step 5 Now heat a pan on a low flame, take the roti and roast it properly on both sides using 1/2 tsp ghee for roasting.
- Step 6 Once done, serve.
