Take a non stick fry pan on a low flame and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, saute for 1 minute.
Once it is slightly cooked add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/8 tsp salt and mix properly.
To this mixture add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 4 cashewnut and 2 tbsp makhana.
Mix this effectively and add 1/4 cup paneer cubes.
Stir in water as required and let the vegetable cook for 23 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati.
