- Step 1 Heat a non stick pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp chopped capsicum.
- Step 2 Saute over low heat for a minute.
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4 Next, add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 4 cashewnut, 2 tbsp makhana and mix again.
- Step 5 Add in 1/4 cup paneer cubes and saute.
- Step 6 Pour a little water and cook for 23 minutes.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Serve hot with chapati.
