As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • Take a non stick fry pan on a low flame and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, saute for 1 minute.

  • Once it is slightly cooked add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/8 tsp salt and mix properly.

  • To this mixture add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 4 cashewnut and 2 tbsp makhana.

  • Mix this effectively and add 1/4 cup paneer cubes.

  • Stir in water as required and let the vegetable cook for 23 minutes.

  • Serve hot with chapati.
