Kheer is an classic traditional Indian sweet dish very popular during festivities. Addition of Makhanas also known as Foxnuts packed a rich source of potassium,magnesium and calcium content makes it great for bone health. A yummy sweet treat.
For making makhana kheer
In a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee,1 tbsp raisin,1 tbsp chopped kaju and 1 cup makhana.
Roast it well and add 200 ml milk,1 tbsp sugar, 4 strand kesar. Mix well
Ready to serve.
