Maharashtrian Kadhi Recipe

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing and saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp besan and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, saute well and add Nestlé A+ Curd

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp sugar, 50 ml water and mix well.

  • Let it simmer and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
