- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp besan and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, saute well and add 1/2 cup of the whisked Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp sugar, water and mix well.
- Step 5 Let it simmer and garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
