For Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, take 215 g surmai pieces and add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1.5 tsp besan.Add 1/4 tsp crushed ajwain and marinate well.
- Step 2 Take a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, and add the marinated surmai fish cubes to the oil.
- Step 3 Fry on both sides and keep aside.

For Paste
- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp dhania seeds, and 1/2 cup chopped onions and sauté well.
- Step 2 Add water as required, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and saute well.
- Step 3 Blend the prepared mixture into a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Step 4 In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1 green elaichi, and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, and saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Step 5 Now add 1/2 tsp red chili powder and pour in the prepared paste, mix it well.
- Step 6 Add water as required. Gently mix in the prepared fish tikkas.
- Step 7 Cover and cook for 34 minutes.
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp cream, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 10 Serve hot.
