Macaroni With Cheese Sauce Recipe

Macaroni and cheese is a simple, easy to make recipe which is full of creamy textured and cheesy making it hands down one of the best comfort food. A less on spice, perfect lunch meal especially for kids.

3/4 Cup(153.0 ml) Milk

1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Macaroni

2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)

2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Maida
ingredients
1 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Parsley (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp Maida, 1/2 cup milk and mix well.

  • Add some water if the sauce is too thick.

  • Continue adding 2 tbsp grated cheese, cooked macaroni, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Now, add 1 tbsp chopped parsley and saute well.

  • Cook it for few minutes and delicious cheese macaroni is ready to serve hot.
