Macaroni With Cheese Sauce Recipe

Macaroni and cheese is a simple, easy-to-make dish that is creamy, textured and cheesy, making it one of the best comfort foods. A less spicy lunch meal that is ideal for children.

0.75 Cup(153.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Macaroni
2.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Maida
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Parsley
1.0 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.

  • Then add 2 tbsp maida, 3/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.

  • Add some water if the sauce is too thick.

  • Continue adding 2 tbsp grated cheese, cooked macaroni, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Now, add 1 tbsp chopped parsley and saute well.

  • Cook it for few minutes and delicious cheese macaroni is ready to serve hot.
