- Step 1 In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onions and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp mango powder and cook until all flavors meld together
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped lotus stem and pour in some water
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt and cook until done
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
