Lotus Stem Dry Vegetable Recipe

1/2 Cup(54.0 gm) Lotus Stem (Slice )

1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil and add 1.5 tbsp chopped onions and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.

  • Now add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1/4th tsp mango powder.

  • Saute all ingredients till oil releases for 2 minute.

  • Now add 1/2 cup chopped lotus stem and water to adjust consistency.

  • Mix well all ingredients.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  • Tasty lotus stem vegetable dry is ready.
