Lotus Stem Fries Recipe

1/2 Cup(54.0 gm) Lotus Stem (Slice )

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.

  • Now add 1/2 cup chopped lotus stem.

  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Fry it till crisp.

  • Tasty lotus stem fries is ready.
