Packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals lotus stem fries are a smart starter for any occasion or party.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.
Now add 1/2 cup chopped lotus stem.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Fry it till crisp.
