- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, kadi patta, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp white til, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp jaggery powder and mix everything well
- Step 3
Add cooked lobia and season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4
Add a little water to adjust the consistency and let it simmer for a minute
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6
Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7
Serve warm
