- Step 1 In a bowl add boiled mashed chawli, boiled sweet corn and mashed tofu.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1.5 tbsp
- Step 3 bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, and 1/8
- Step 4 tsp salt.
- Step 5 Mix well and form into tikki.
- Step 6 Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry.
- Step 7 Cut the burger bun in half.
- Step 8 Apply 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, add 1 lettuce leaf, place the tikki on top, and
- Step 9 add 1 tomato slice and 1 onion slice.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 11 Cover the filling and serve.
