For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, kadi patta and allow it to splutter.
- Step 2 Then add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 ½ tbsp chopped onion, 1 ½ tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, 1/4 cup chopped palak, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and salt as per taste.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 5 Cook until everything comes together and add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
- Step 6 Keep it aside.

For Dosa
- Step 1 In the prepared dosa batter, add soaked poha and salt as per taste. Blend to make a smooth batter.
- Step 2 Heat a nonstick tava, sprinkle a little water and wipe it off gently using a muslin cloth.
- Step 3 Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a round dosa.
- Step 4 Roast the dosa using 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Place the prepared stuffing and fold it in half.
- Step 6 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
