- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp butter, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft

Add 1/8 cup peas, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and water as required
- Step 3
Cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 4
Stir in 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup chopped lettuce leaves and cook until they wilt.
- Step 5
Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7
Serve warm
