1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
2 Chopped Tbsp(18.0 gm) Cucumber
3 Chopped Tbsp(18.0 gm) Lettuce
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rajma
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Chole
  • Add all the ingredients such as boiled chole, boiled rajma, 3 tbsp chopped lettuce, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp of each chopped coriander leaves and pudina in a large bowl.

  • Toss the salad and serve.
