- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai and kadi patta.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi and pour in a little water.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp julienne cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower,6 drumsticks, soaked masoor dal and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6 Mix everything well and pour in a little more water
- Step 7 Close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Step 8 Serve hot with rice or chapati
