Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled and chopped yam, 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp grated cauliflower, boiled masoor dal, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, , 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,.

Mash and mix it well

Shape the mixture into Pattice
- Step 4
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 1 tsp oil on both the sides and keep it aside.
- Step 5
For the burger
Take 1 burger bun and cut it into half.
- Step 6
Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on the cut bun.
- Step 7
Add 1 lettuce leaf, 1 prepared patty over it, 1 cheese slice, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato.
- Step 8
Cover it with another half of the bun and serve it.
