2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Masoor Dal
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Salt
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
Heat 1 tsp ghee, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans.
Cover and cook for a min.
Add 2 tbsp cooked yellow moong dal, water, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Simmer it for 2 min.
Serve Warm.
