- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 3 black peppercorns, 3 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp jeera and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup julienne onions and cook until translucent
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and salt for taste
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well.
- Step 6 Add soaked masoor, 2 tbsp oats and add water as required
- Step 7 Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 8 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 9 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
