1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
3 Strand(0.3 gm) Kesar
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Masoor Dal
2 Powder Tsp(6.0 gm) Jaggery
1 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • Heat 1 tsp ghee and add 2 tbsp cooked yellow dal

  • Pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tsp jaggery powder and mix gently.

  • Allow the Nestlé A+ Milk to simmer for a min

  • Add 1/8th tsp cardamom powder, 3 strands of saffron and mix all ingredients well.

  • Serve warm
