- Step 1 In a bowl take 4 tbsp boiled chopped yam, 2 tbsp grated paneer, boiled masoor, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp bread crumbs, mash, and mix properly.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls and pat it gently to make the desired shape of patty.
- Step 4 Heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 5 Shallow fry the patty on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
