1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/2 Cup(11.0 gm) Shevaga Pan/Saijan Patta
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Masoor Dal
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Salt
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
Heat 1 tsp ghee, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, and cooked yellow moong dal.
Add a little water along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.
Add 1/2 cup drumstick leaves
Simmer it for 2 min
Serve Warm
